Sheppard & Daughters began with a long-held love of the objects that shape a home.

I have always found great pleasure in searching for pieces to live with. I believe nothing is too precious to be used. The objects we reach for every day quietly shape our rituals, and the enjoyment we take in them has a way of elevating the ordinary moments of life.

The name of the shop comes from my three daughters, who are at the centre of my life. Sheppard & Daughters is a small nod to the traditional style of family businesses, reimagined in a modern way. They are the inspiration behind the name, and behind much of what I hope the shop will become.

Opening this shop is a dream come true. A place to gather beautiful, useful things and share them with others who care about their homes in the same way.
